The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food, and the staff remembered how we liked our coffee! The location was perfect, just around the corner from the main square. Our Junior Suite was spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean. The staff went above and beyond when we needed help with our luggage to the train station!

Nothing we didn’t like.

poor air conditioning

if only the air conditioning worked better than my ex, we’d have been golden! also, a serious foam mattress? i felt like i was sleeping on a cloud made of bricks. i almost wrote a good review, but was shocked that no one offered us a complimentary drink to smooth things over. don’t expect red carpet treatment here.

The air conditioning was inconsistent throughout my stay, creating discomfort during warm nights!!! The noise from nearby outdoor bars and street cleaning early in the morning was quite bothersome!!! Room maintenance could use attention for cleanliness standards!!!

It was just a reliable pick for a city break in Bolzano with good value for cost. The courtyard bar was a nice spot to unwind with wine after a long day. Try to ask for a room away from the outdoor bar for a quieter night.
